Product Warranty

Hardware products sold by Gallantry are warranted against material and workmanship defects for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase by the end user. If a defect is discovered, Gallantry will repair or replace the Product, subject to the terms and conditions of the Product Warranty and Return Policy.

Gallantry Technologies is in the business of building relationships with our valued customers. Providing superior customer technical support is our priority.

Online Technical Support

Technical support resources can be found online under the "Support" section of the Gallantry Web site.

Telephone and Email Technical Support

Telephone and email technical support is included for one (1) year after purchase. After the first year, telephone and email technical support is available to customers who purchase an One Year Telephone and Email Technical Support Plan.

You may also speak to Gallantry customer service representatives or technical support representatives by calling (408) 369-1359 during the business hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Pacific Time.

Third Party Product Support

The scope of technical support is limited to the GallantWEB product features. Limited 3rd party software/product configuration support may be provided on a case-by-case basis. Additonal fees may apply.
